FAQ
All you need to know about our product, return policy and shipping.
CAN I BUY INDIVIDUAL CLUBS?
At the moment we are only selling full sets and our bundles (Power, Fairway, & Sink It sets). Our mission is to make it easier to start playing the sport with everything you need and to take the guesswork out of buying clubs. However, if you'd like to see us sell individual clubs, we'd love to hear from you! Feel free to use our chat feature or email us at hello@robingolf.com to give us your thoughts.
WHAT’S THE IDEAL HANDICAP RANGE FOR THESE CLUBS?
The primary target for our clubs are players with a 10+ handicap. Our goal is to simplify the golf club buying process so you can get to the course (or range) faster. No jargon, no upcharges, just great quality clubs that perform even better.
WHAT’S THE IDEAL HEIGHT FOR ROBIN CLUBS?
Our clubs were built to fit people of all shapes and sizes. We don’t discriminate. However, here are some rough guidelines to help you determine the perfect set for you:
Our standard men’s set should cover those from 5’6’’-6’1’’ and our standard women’s set should cover those from 5’2”-5’9’’.
We now offer tall versions of our sets, too! They add an extra inch of club length for every club. Our men’s tall version is suited for those from 6’2”-6’6” and our women’s tall version is suited for those from 5’10”-6’2”.
We will be launching petite versions of our clubs later in the year that will have one less inch of shaft length for each club. They will come in both men’s and women’s versions and should be available in the second half of the year.
WHY ARE THERE ONLY 9 CLUBS IN THE SET?
No one knows why the standard set of clubs was set at 14. There’s a famous painting of King Charles I of England playing a round of golf holding 6 clubs. We believe 9 is the perfect amount of clubs for a mid-to-high handicapper to play a successful round and save a bunch of weight & money on unnecessary metal.
DO MY CLUBS COME WITH HEADCOVERS?
All Robin Golf woods & putters are shipped with premium black leather headcovers that (just might) make you look better than you are. You won’t see this level of quality with our competitors. Trust us, we’ve checked.
WHAT TYPE OF IRONS ARE THEY?
Robin Golf irons are considered “Super Game Improvement” irons. They’re built for mid-to-high handicappers & beginners, and offer maximum forgiveness and distance - which obviously makes golf more fun. They also feature a rubber insert behind the sweet spot that’ll make your iron shots feel like butter.
WHAT FLEX ARE THE SHAFTS?
Our men’s irons (steel) and woods (graphite) come in a general stiff flex that offers high trajectory, accuracy, and distance for most skill levels.
Our women’s irons (graphite) and woods (graphite) come in a general ladies’ flex that is lightweight and offers accuracy and distance.
DOES THE MEN'S DRIVER COME WITH AN ADJUSTMENT WRENCH?
Yes. It's located in one of the side pockets of your bag.
WHAT IS AN ADJUSTABLE DRIVER?
Our men’s driver has sliding weights on the bottom that can help promote (or prevent) particular ball flights.
HOW DO I ADJUST MY MEN'S DRIVER?
Located in one of your bag pockets is an adjustability tool. You can use this tool to loosen the two weights at the bottom of your men’s driver, move them to your desired location, and then tighten them back up to successfully alter the distribution of weight at the bottom of your club.
For context: let’s quickly learn about ball flights. If you’re a righty, a draw is when the ball curves in the air from right to left. A fade is when the ball curves in the air from left to right. A hook and a slice are more exaggerated forms of a draw and fade, respectively.
If you are hooking the ball consistently from right to left, we’d recommend shifting both sliding weights towards where it says “FADE” on the bottom of the club. If you are slicing the ball consistently from left to right, we’d recommend shifting both sliding weights towards where it says “DRAW” on the bottom of the club.
DOES ROBIN GOLF MAKE LEFT-HANDED CLUBS?
Yes! You can select right-handed or left-handed options for adult clubs on the product page. If you're interested in lefty junior clubs please send us an email at hello@robingolf.com!
CAN THE CLUBS BE ORDERED WITH CUSTOMIZATIONS?
Nope, not yet! Our current goal is to eliminate the paralysis of choice that comes with purchasing a golf set for the first time.
HOW DOES THE CASH BACK OFFER WORK?
After checking out you will receive an email from us with details on how to redeem the offer.
The cash back offer can be redeemed after the final day of our standard return period (45 days) . You can choose to redeem the offer in the form of a Robin Golf gift card or a prepaid visa debit card!
This offer is available on robingolf.com and with our partners at curated.com

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
CLUBS - We have two options to purchase clubs:
TRY AT HOME: For only a $10 deposit, you can have the clubs shipped to you for you to evaluate in the comfort of your home for up to 7 days! You may not unwrap or use the clubs during this trial. If you decide to keep the clubs, your card will be charged and the return period will be over.
If you would like to return your clubs, please email hello@robingolf.com or use our chat client to initiate the return. There will be a $25 restocking fee for this option.
PAY NOW- We’re confident you’ll love your new set of Robin clubs. On the off chance you don’t, we’re happy to take them back from you with no questions asked. Please keep in mind that only clubs with normal wear and tear from use will be accepted. Clubs with player-caused structural damage or clubs with any intentional adjustments made (e.g. re-shafting, re-gripping, alteration of loft/lie) would void the return policy.
If at any time up to 45 days after you’ve received your shipment you decide it’s not the right product for you, just email hello@robingolf.com or use our chat client and we'll set you up with a prepaid return label. We recommend keeping the box your clubs came in to ship them back to us, but if you forget to just let us know and we’ll send you a new one!
APPAREL - Apparel and accessories can be returned up to 30 days after purchase. All items must be unused and have the original tags still attached.
DO THE CLUBS COME WITH A WARRANTY?
Yes, we offer a lifetime warranty on our clubs. Our clubs are manufactured with the highest standards in mind, but we realize that not all products can be perfect all the time. Without charge to you, the original purchaser, we will repair or replace any product or component that is defective or becomes defective during normal use after the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover dents, dings, paint scratches, color fading, cosmetic blemishes, or other normal wear and tear. Any intentional adjustments made to the clubs (e.g. re-shafting, re-gripping, alteration of loft/lie) voids the warranty. If your product is defective, please email us at hello@robingolf.com or use our chat feature on the website and we'll take care of you ASAP.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
After you place your order online, your package will ship out from our warehouse in one business day. After that, it depends on your shipping method. If you choose our free UPS Ground shipping option, your order will arrive within 2-5 business days, depending on your location.
We ship Monday through Friday every week. If you need to get in touch with us about an order, feel free to email us at hello@robingolf.com and we’ll do our best to help.
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE AN ORDER AFTER I'VE PLACED IT?
We try to move as fast as we can to get you your order, typically shipping products out on the same day or day after the order is placed. Usually, this means we can’t make any changes after the order is placed. That said, use our site chat feature or email us at hello@robingolf.com and we’ll see what we can do.
